Introducing LotProOnline direct submission to Route One
Now in use at selected dealers, the Route One module of LotProOnline will save you time by eliminating the need for duplicate entry of customer and deal structure information for Route One deal submissions.
What this means for you and your subprime department.
The integration with Route One means you will spend less time re-entering customer information on the Route One web site. Once the customer information is entered into the LotProOnline program, this information, along with the deal structure information (optional), can be sent directly to any Route One lender without having to enter duplicate information on the Route One web site.
How LotProOnline and Route One work together.
Current LotProOnline users are able to submit their applications and deal structures directly to DealerTrack. Route One submissions work in exactly the same way.
To submit only the application, click on the “Leads” tab in LotProOnline. Once the list of leads is loaded, click on the lead that you wish to submit. Once you verify that the address fields are filled in the “lender submission” box, click on the “submit” tab at the top and, in the vendor drop-down window, select Route One. At this point you can either choose the lenders to submit to, or leave the picked field blank and submit only the applicant information to Route One. Next, hit the “submit” button. That’s all that it takes.
Deal structure submission works in much the same way. Open the “Deal Structure” tab. When the page loads, click the “Compare Deals” tab. Once you’ve made a decision on the lender, do an inventory search, pick the vehicle and the deal structure screen opens. Once any needed changes have been made, go to the bottom of the screen to “method”, click the drop down and select Route One. Next, hit the “submit” button and the applicant, vehicle and deal structure are submitted to the lender. It’s that simple.
