Streamline applicant submissions with LotProOnline
One of the many new features of LotProOnline’s latest update is the ability to submit multiple applicants to DealerTrack®, saving the user time and mouse clicks in the process.
It’s Monday morning. How long will it take you to post your leads to DealerTrack?
One of the biggest headaches of a Special Finance Manager is to come back to work after an all too short weekend to find a boatload of leads in your email inbox. If you use DealerTrack, in order to pull a credit bureau, each one of these leads has to be entered separately into the program.
The previous versions of LotProOnline cut down on the time by allowing the user to push a lead directly into DealerTrack without having to double enter any information. While this was a big time saver, there were also many instances when there were a number of leads that needed to be pushed. This required the user to select each lead individually to send it to DealerTrack.
Changes in the new version
The latest version has two new additions to “Bulk Lead Actions. Here is how it works: From the main Leads page, put a check in the box next to the leads that you wish to submit to DealerTrack. Scroll down the page to the “Bulk Lead Actions” box. In the lower part of the box, click on the drop down menu of the “choose action” box next on the “With selected leads:” line. At the bottom of the menu you will see “Submit to Dealer Track”. Once this is selected, move the cursor to the far right and click on the “GO” button. All checked leads are now submitted to DealerTrack.
As with the previous version, if there is a problem with the lead submission, a dialog box will pop up, displaying the leads that were not submitted due to incomplete data. This information can be printed, so that you can go back and add any incomplete fields for re-submission.
