Track your deals more accurately with LotProOnline
Keeping track of your deals in the funding process is absolutely critical. LotProOnline enables special finance managers to isolate the deal packages in transit to keep track of them.
When the dealer wants to know the status of any unfunded deals, what do you say?
As a special finance manager, the one answer you shouldn’t give the dealer is, “I don’t know.” Talk about your basic invitation to get hammered, this one is at the top of the list. Fortunately, the newest version of LotProOnline subprime auto software contains a handy new tool that will help you keep track of all those unfunded deals.
LotProOnline feature: Display all Unfunded Deals
Once you’ve finished with the deal in the Deal Structure section of the program, you can assign it to one of two categories – “in-transit” or “spot”. “In transit” denotes a complete deal package that has been shipped to the lender, while “spot” refers to a deal package that has yet to be shipped.

Once this process has been completed, click on the “Logs” tab at the top of the program and then the “Funding Log” tab below it. Here you will find a number of filters that will allow you to sort and find a deal by first name, last name, date range, lender or funding status. With the filters in place, click the “Search” button to build your report. Hitting the “Print” button in the upper left corner of the report screen will allow you to print the information.
There is one other category under funding status that should be mentioned – Held. This can only be chosen in the Funding Log screen and it refers to deals that are either being held by the lender for additional information or stips, or unfunded deals that the lender is sending back.
