The new LotPro Subprime Selling System from Auto Credit Express is designed for car dealerships whose goal is to achieve long term growth and profitability in subprime car sales.

What is the LotPro® Subprime Selling System?

The LotPro Subprime Selling System, from Auto Credit Express, is designed as an entry level subprime auto financing process for dealerships whose goal is to achieve long term success in the subprime car market. By minimizing the risks and removing the barriers that are most often associated with subprime car sales, any dealership, regardless of the level of experience and expertise, can implement the system without the necessity of adding additional personnel or departments and without the need for an expensive ad budget.

Today, we will begin by explaining the installation of the system.

Installing the System

Installing the LotPro Subprime Selling System is a 6 month process that combines remote set-up, e-learning, onsite implementation and coaching and, finally, remote support. The minimal expectation upon completion of the implementation process is 50 additional subprime sales within 6 months with 15 of those sales originating in the 6th month.

System Set-up Phase

During the set-up phase, the dealership completes the set-up documentation as well as a dealer checklist, which includes assigning the following roles to existing personnel within the store:

Management Personnel – to be chosen from the pool of current managers

F&I Managers – chosen from current F&I managers

Sales Personnel – chosen from your current salespeople

Bankruptcy List Clerk – this position can be filled by current clerical personnel. The additional time commitment is approximately 30 minutes per week.

Funding Clerk – This position can also be filled by current clerical employees. A reasonable time commitment expectation is from 30 minutes to 2 hours per day.

Once the dealer checklist has been completed, LotPro installation technicians will set up LotProOnline as well as the Subprime Selling System e-Classroom Modules.

During this time, Auto Credit Express® will complete a customized lender mix analysis and recommend geographic and demographic-appropriate subprime lenders. Once this step has been completed, the dealership will receive various lender agreements to execute.
