Track the Sales Process with the latest version of LotProOnline
It can be difficult for every member of your special finance department to know when they need to step in and handle their portion of the customer sales process. Setting up Workflow
LotProOnline comes with the Workflow option, but in order to use it you first have to enable this feature. To do this, click on the “Set Up” button at the top of the page. This opens up the setup menu under Application Setup.

In the setup menu, scroll down to the Configuration Options link and click on it. This opens up the Configuration table. Scroll down through the table in the “Section” column until you see the word “Global” in the Section column and “Display Workflow” on the same line in the “Name” column. Scroll to the far left on this line where you see the “Pencil” icon (this will edit the value) and click on it.

This toggles the availability of workflow. Now go to the far right column under “Value” and open up the drop down menu, click on “Yes”, then move back to the “Actions” column and click the square update box. You have now enabled the Workflow function.
