It begins with your inventory
LotProOnline integrates with both NADA and Kelley Blue Book. Vehicle VIN information and mileage can be uploaded automatically from most dealer DMS systems including ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds, Arkona, Autosoft, Homenet and Kronon solutions. Once this is done, the vehicle information will appear in both the NADA and Kelley tabs, allowing you to book the car for both. Once the option and cost information is entered, you’re finished. Even if the car carries over into the next month, LotProOnline will automatically re-book the vehicle unless you place an individual hold on it for bookout purposes.
Store lead and customer information
We personally feel that our leads are the best in the industry. But if you are currently using another outside company to furnish leads, you’ll be glad to know that LotProOnline is compatible with more than a dozen different lead providers. These leads can automatically be uploaded to the software program, eliminating the need to double-enter customer information. Once inside the program, you can track this information through your entire sales process- from first contact through funding and follow-up.
In addition to these leads, we offer a weekly bankruptcy list of open chapter 7’s and discharged chapter 13’s that is also automatically uploaded to LotProOnline.
Keep track of funding packages
LotProOnline also offers dealers the ability to track deals throughout the funding process. In addition to tracking funding statuses, you can also add notes so that nothing is committed to memory or left to chance. Tracking funding means no lost deals and fewer headaches.
