For special finance managers that use Arkona as a DMS, it can sometimes feel like you are the red headed stepchild in the world dominated by ADP and Reynolds & Reynolds. This can all change if you use LotProOnline as your special finance desking tool. Because, with LotProOnline, updating your inventory with vehicle integration requires absolutely no effort on your part.

How LotProOnline integrates with your system

When your purchase LotProOnline with the integration module, Arkona will send you a release form.  Once you fill out the form and sign it, they have permission to send us your updated inventory information. Once this step is completed, Arkona will send us, electronically, your vehicle information, once a day, to our secure server.

LotProOnline Integration

Once we receive this information, it is formatted and uploaded to your LotProOnline program. All this is done automatically, so that all you need to do as a manager is open up LotProOnline, click the “inventory” tab in the upper left hand corner then, once the page is loaded, click on the “integration” tab above the inventory list. There, you will find the new vehicles that need to be booked.

But wait, there’s more!

In addition to uploading the file to LotProOnline, we will also email you a copy of the original report from Arkona in Excel® format so that you can view it in its entirety. Your integration will be updated six days a week – Monday thru Saturday – to ensure you get accurate information when you need it.
