The Call Center will initiate the following communications during a 30 day period:

- Our BDC Call Center will schedule appointments with Subprime Internet Leads and other Subprime prospects assigned to the BDC by dealership personnel.
- Unless re-assigned to the BDC for further follow-up, the 30 day call center process stops once a prospect shows up at the dealership, or purchases a vehicle, or the prospect asks not to be contacted again.
- Our BDC call center will monitor the quality of the leads and request replacement leads from 3rd party providers for sham or falsified leads.
- Prospects who miss their scheduled appointment re-enter the process at the 6 day mark.
